rsATCPlayer is a Windows program that will play .asx files that you have downloaded from liveatc.net. It is standalone, and can be used with MSFS or XPlane, as it has no connection to or dependency on any simulator. It supports loading two files at once so you can have an active playing file and a standby file. This allows seamless switching streams, even with the delay involved in spooling up an audio stream asx file.  This program is not affiliated with liveatc.net.
