Better Frankfurt

This is a Fix and a Light Addon for the City of Frankfurt. This File will correct some of the problems with Bridges, Trees in Buildings and with the wrong Forest around Frankfurt. I added also some 3D Objects, like Lamps on Bridges. I also corrected some Photogrammetry around the City of Frankfurt
