2D8 – Davis Airport, East Lansing, Michigan (historical)

Davis airport was opened in 1948 by the renowned aviator Art Davis. It served the East Lansing community, and was a popular place for locals to hangar their airplanes. It was managed by the Sheren family, who provided flight training, fuel, repair, and other services until the airport was closed in 2000.
