Le Havre

Le Havre is a town in northwestern France located in the department of Seine-Maritime in the Normandy region. It is located on the right bank of the Seine estuary, on the edge of the English Channel Administratively, the town is, with Dieppe, one of the two sub-prefectures of the department of Seine-Maritime. It is also the capital of a canton and the seat of a bishopric.
