Tokyo Shinagawa Ota Photogrammetry - near Haneda International Airport -LOD optimized

Replaced the default auto-generated buildings with Google Earth photogrammetry covering Shinagawa and Ota in Tokyo, surrounding the Haneda International Airport. LOD optimized (16-19), so it should have the minimum impact on FPS. Huge thanks to @thalixte for his optimization tool.
