Valdosta Regional Default Airport Improvements

Improvements for the Default KVLD Airport in Valdosta Georgia. All parking spots and taxiways are given their correct designations. Taxiway signs are all placed correctly.  RWY 13-31 is removed since its closed IRL now. Ramp is illuminated at night, and all taxiways & Runways have been retextured to look more like their IRL Counterparts.
