At first, I need to clearify that this is not a full livery. You will find just the Lufthansa's Boeing economy seats files for PMDG 737-800 aircraft liveries in package. These files are suitable for PMDG Boeing 737-800 on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. This livery add-on was painted by fOrZaONDER in accordance to real aircraft's seats. But these seats are belong to Lufthansa B747 in real life.
