KMSC - Glenn A. Rushman Airfield, East Lansing, Michigan (fictional)
This is an airport designed to service East Lansing, Michigan, and Michigan State College, by Glenn A. Rushman for his undergraduate thesis in civil engineering. Glenn was a fighter pilot during WWII in the 486th Fighter Squadron, 352nd Fighter Group, 8th Air Force, known as the "Bluenosed Bastards of Bodney." The airport was never built, and Glenn went on to a long career as a civil engineer with the Dow Chemical Company.
