Douglas DC-3 - Sadia (Transbrasil)

The operation was sucess and soon it became an official operation with the aquicisiton of the fist DC-3, the PP-ASJ named "pioneiro" which Omar would fly himself. The passenger operation was a natural extension, and other DC-3s and C-46 were added. With the increase of the operation, the aged DC-3s were traded in with Handley Page in order to purchase he Dart Heralds between 1966 and 1967, including the "Pioneiro" ASJ. Not long later Sadia was rebranded Transbrasil, removing the branding ties with the meat packing company.
