Formation flight AI for F/A18

A test plugin for MSFS2020 simconnect, adds two F/A-18 wingmen that mimic player's flight operation and fly in formation, providing a more immersive and realistic flying experience, but with limited user interaction. If there is a positive response, I may consider updating the plugin with a user interface and more options.
