(UUMO) Ostafyevo international airport - lighting system

Continuing my mission to turn on the lights at additional airports in the Moscow region :) Ostafievo Airport is small but international, the closest to the city. It used to be a military base, but now it is also used by general aviation, business jets, and the Gazprom airline is based here. Also here there are two huge helipads for a giant Mi-26 "Halo", but I did not understand how to "create" them correctly, I'll finish later. The system of landing lights ALSF1, installed PAPI4, in the parking lot near the terminal lampposts are placed.
