LOJH - Martin 8 - Hochgurgl

The Heli-Austria heliport on the Timmelsjoch is one of the highest heliports in the Alps and, next to the landing site in Ischgl, is the second highest in Austria. Due to its exposed location and the surrounding different mountain formations, which offer challenging flight conditions, the site is often used for test purposes by helicopter manufacturers. Another special feature is the weight allowance of the helipad, which is limited to 11,000kg.
