Norfolk Airport (32M) Massachusetts

Norfolk Airport (Franklin-Norfolk Airport / Heenan-Menfi Memorial Airport / 32M, MA07), was located in Franklin-Norfolk Massachusetts, 24.5 mi (39.4 km) SW of Boston Logan Intl Airport. I visited Norfolk Airport in 1993 because my uncle had a helicopter there. This was my first experience with small aircraft at a small airport, and really was the start of my love for general aviation. Sadly, the airport was closed by the state in 2006, following the death of the owner in 1995 and subsequent abandonment by the pilots.
