In 2001 it had the drift and tailplanes painted in Yellow Chrome to celebrate the 2,000 flight hours of Lieutenant Colonel F. Majerna. With the rest of the aircraft in gray, the final effect was one of an elegance rarely seen in our special colors. On the drift the Greyhound symbol of the Group was painted on one side and a nice caricature of the Starfighter with best wishes to the pilot on the other.
