FSLTL Aurora (Airbus A319, DHC-8-400) patch

This patch will add liveries of Airbus A319 and DHC-8-400 of Aurora Airlines to FSLTL AI-traffic plugin. Please read the install directions as they involve extra steps. As of early 2023, FSLTL does not have these liveries available, so this custom tweak is rerquired.
