Remove ETSF Fürstenfeldbruck Airbase

Small scenery addon to remove the closed Fürstenfeldbruck Airbase near Munich. The airfield was closed in 2015 and is since in use as a driver training facility for BMW. While I am personally saddned about the closure, I am also annoyed of the way to bright, flashing approach lights when operating in and out Munich in the sim. So I updated the scenery to resemble the current real-life status. This simple and small scenery removes all aprons, taxiways and the runway (and the lightning) of the airfield and will also remove the airfield from the main menu globe selection.
