Cessna 208 repaint as RFDS VH-NQD

Repaint of default Cessna 208 in Royal Flying Doctor Service Livery VH-NQD. This is based on a real aircraft that was based in Cairns (YBCS) and used to fly staff out to clinics. Textures based of real photos as it was at the time. The RFDS has since sold this aircraft (and the other 208 "NQC").
