This is a fictitious livery from the Airbus EC130 "Eco-Star" from BLUE-HAWAIIAN Helicopters (Hawaii).  The livery was transferred from the Airbus EC130 to the HPG H145. https://www.bluehawaiian.com/en The Livery Package includes HPG's Cilvilian Cargo and Offshore variants, each with three individual painted registrations.
