Spring Japan Co.,Ltd.is a low-cost airline of the Japan Airlines Group established in 2012 through joint investment with Spring Airlines,a major Chinese low-cost carrier. From 2021,it will be a consolidated subsidiary of Japan Airlines,playing the role of a "China-specialized LCC" in the JAL Group,and also operating domestic flights in Japan.
