Foligno Full City

Foligno is an Italian commune, located in the province of Perugia, in the region of Umbria, in central Italy. The city was built in the valley where the Topino river meets the Menotre The Latin name for Foligno is Fulginiae. First occupied by Umbrian populations, the city was subjugated by the Romans in 295 BC following the battle of Sentinum.
