Douglas-Fokker DC-3 PAX right Door SWISS AIR LINES HB-IRA

Die HB-IRA war die erste Douglas-Fokker DC-3 der Swissair. Der Flieger wurde am 10. Juni 1937 in Betrieb genommen. Sie verrichtete ihre Flugdienste bei Swissair bis zum 30. März 1955.  Nach ihrem Verkauf im Mai 1955 wurde sie von Fleetwing Inc mit der Kennung N2815D in die USA überflogen. Ozark Airlines übernahm die Maschine am 25. Mai 1955 mit der Kennung N141D.  Im Oktober 1966 wurde der Flugbetrieb mit dieser DC-3 eingestellt. Quelle: http://swissair00.ch/a_Index/home.html The HB-IRA was Swissair's first Douglas-Fokker DC-3.
