LS-8 Glider Imperial cockpit - Knots and Feet

The Asobo LS-8 glider ASI and Altimeter 'converted' to imperial. The ASI reads in Knots, it's needle has been repainted red to improve visibility. The Altimeter has been recalibrated in feet. Vario has been left in m/s as it's not possible to change the label, however it's an easy conversion - just double it. For metric users the second file just paints the needle red, you don't need the main file.
