Requested Livery - Airbus H145 SAMU HeliSMUR F-HSUG

THIS LIVERY REQUIRES THE "HPG H145 - BASE PACK" AND THE "HPG H145 - ACTION PACK" Installation - Unzip file to your community folder.  Requested livery - Should you find any issues with the livery please let me know and I will fix it as soon as possible. The ui_typerole has been set to "Rotorcraft" so you will be able to spawn in on Helipads as part of the SU11 update.  I am still a new repainter so any constructive criticism/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
