The Town of Golden is nestled in beautiful Kootenay Valley within the Canadian Rockies. Golden is located on the Columbia river approximately 65 miles north of Invermere (CAA8) and 100 miles north of it's headwaters in British Columbia. This area has many top notch ski resorts and is famous for its heli-skiing.
