Premantura FULL (High-op)

Premantura (Italian: Promontory) is a locality in Croatia located in Istria, in the municipality of Medulin, in the county of Istria. In 2001, the locality had 845 inhabitants. The former fishing village is now a popular holiday destination for anyone who prefers idyll and nature to the beautiful coastal towns of Porec, Rovinj or Pula. Premantura was already inhabited in the Bronze Age, and in recent centuries it was mainly inhabited by fishermen. The village has retained its traditional charm despite the growing number of holidaymakers.
