NOT WORKING SU14 :( Alaska Tweaks: Peninsula & Aleutians

Gets rid of the warping cliffs, missing ocean, and other ugly bits, along the Aleutians and the south side of the Alaskan Peninsula: from Umnak Island in the west, up to and including the Chignik region in the east. Also modifies vegetation in the region.
