Jasper to Miette Hot Springs Terrain & Waterfix (Alberta)

This is a Ground- and Waterfix in the Jasper National Park, Canada. It covers the area north of Jasper (CYBA) to Miette Hot Springs and Hinton. The default scenery is a real mess in that area, so I tried to fix it... I plan to improve this fix further in the future.
