PAJN area huge spikes fix

Fix the towering spikes near PAJN in Microsoft Flight Simulator, which were introduced with WU11. This addon removes 8 or 9 of the big towers of evil that are visible from far away, providing a temporary solution until the issue is officially resolved by Asobo/MS. Compatible with default scenery or Orbx Alaska mesh installation.
