Wilmington Residential Airpark in South Australia was founded in 2011 after local builder Christopher Phillips purchased the property. He decided to embrace his passion for aviation and proposed the development of an airpark. Using his skills as both a farmer and a builder, Chris slashed, mowed, graded and fenced off an 860m airstrip then built a hangar on the verge to house his Cessna 175A
