LKZA - Zábřeh-Ostrava airport (no longer supported)

Airport enhancement for LKZA Zábřeh airport, requires UK2000 common library and another library linked in Dependencies. This airport has been requested a lot so I thought I'd make it... at 3pm yesterday. it's 6:30am now and I haven't slept at all, hope it works.
