Corrected First Person Camera Positions

The tweaks in this mod aim to adjust the position of this pilot camera so that it aligns correctly with the pilot that is visible in the third person camera (real-life accurate). By default, the "VFR Wide Screen" cameras are all over the place. Some are too low, some are too high and most are either too far back or too far forward.
