3AUS – Mullumbimby (Private Airstrip) v1.1

3AUS is a private 700m Grass AIrstrip is located near the small town of Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, Australia, northwest of Byron Bay and 40 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport (YBCG). Notable sightseeing attractions close by include – Mt Chincogan – Byron Bay – Mt Warning and the Scenic Rim that sits on the NSW and QLD border.
This 700m private grass airstrip has been around since the early ’90s and used to be the home of an ex-army Cessna 185. The owner has since moved elsewhere and eventually sold the Cessna 185. Currently, Private Operations occur from this strip several times per week.
This strip complements Airports that Milosanx has made in northern NSW/QLD including Nobby’s Creek, Cherrabah, Kooralbyn, Rosebank, and the upcoming Tyagarah YTYH. Great for Small Single and Twin Aircraft.
