PMDG 737-700 in National Airlines "Sun King" livery (*fictional). The original "National Airlines" operated from 1934-80 before merging with Pan Am, which in turn, was acquired by DAL after Pan Am ceased operations. The company, like Pan Am, was founded and headquartered in Miami at KMIA by George T. Baker. The company was called, "Airline of the Stars" before changing livery and marketing to the "Sun King" livery wit the "Fly me" ad campaign. They were the smallest of the "trunk" carriers, operating DC-8, 727, DC-10 aircraft, and then later, after awarded non-stop service from Miami to London, the 747-200.
