GSX Pro PMDG DC-6B Aircraft / Airplane Profile

This is a GSX Pro Aircraft / Airplane profile for the PMDG DC-6B for MSFS 2020. Preliminary version. Passenger door opens automatically. You might get a BEEP from GSX, but I think this is because the door is slow to open. Wait patiently. Stairs match the passenger door correctly. Both cargo holds open automatically and two belts will arrive to load the cargo. The cargo carts might clip the engine props. The pilot / cockpit door is disabled because I haven't yet figured out how to operate it via GSX automatically. It requires manual stair extension at this point in time. Feedback and bug reports appreciated.
