Golf Course Bush Strips - Altadena

This is the first of a series of golf-course / bush-strips.  I sometimes imagine landing a plane on a fairway and, after learning a bit about the SDK decided to make that happen. The default scenery in the sim produces some awful-looking vegetation with trees embedded with ugly geometric forms due to the 'interpretation' by photogrammetry, or at least in our area. So the course has a runway where you can spawn ready to fly, and has some parking areas for you cold-and-dark guys.
