Modified flight_model file for MIlviz FG-1D Corsair

This mod allows the tail wheel to be lifted into the air at about 50~60 mph during takeoff, and this will also keep the tail wheel airborne even at 60 mph or below during landing, avoiding the buffeting effect caused by stall AoA. (You can keep the tail wheel in the air by pushing the stick until the speed drops below 60 mph to avoid buffeting effect.)
