Rip Van Winkle Bridge, NY, USA

The Rip Van Winkle Bridge is named after the story by Washington Irving published in 1819.  The story mentions the two towns it connects: Hudson, NY and Catskill, NY.  It's 104 miles north of New York City. This mile-long bridge is a combination Deck-truss and double-cantilever design common in long low river crossings.
