EGNM Leeds Bradford - Remove static aircrafts [unofficial]

This patch removes static aircrafts at OrbX Leeds Bradford Airport, allowing the use of previously occupied stands as arrival stands in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Installation involves copying the provided folder into the community folder while keeping the leading "zzz" for proper alphabetized sorting. The add-on is only tested with the standalone version and does not edit the original airport, utilizing no files or models from the original or any other package. Ensure the package name is alphabetically below the OrbX package for proper functionality.
