VATSIM PROFORMA for ONLINE COMMS - Transair v1.10

This proforma may be ideal for on-line flying. With Vatsim or similar, the need to write down and have available quickly, information about aircraft, procedures, frequencies, routes, clearances etc. means recording it all and having it readily at hand. This proforma is designed for that purpose. I suggest printing it in duplex, placing inside a plastic folder and using a Chinagraph pencil. The proforma can then be re-used as needed. Please ask for any amendments that would suit you differently. Hope you enjoy. NOTE: After numerous iterations, the current version looks quite different from the original shown in the pictured here.
