Meran Hospital Heliport

Merin Franz Tappeiner Hospital is a hospital in the mountains of South Tyrol, Italy. One helipad is on the ground near a car park while the other main helipad is on the roof of the hospital building. Many patients are airlifted from the surrounding mountains after being stranded on a trail with life threatening injuries or perhaps a serious fall on the ski slopes of the valleys nearby.
