EDQC-Coburg Brandensteinsebene

The Coburg-Brandensteinsebene airfield is one of the oldest airfields in Germany. It is located on a plateau above the Veste Coburg. From 1913 to 1924, it was used as an alternative military airfield. In 1924 it was opened for civilian air traffic. The airfield has a very beautiful location and is also ideally suited for gliding.
