To install Penguin One use the pmdg ops center. Extract the PTP file to wherever you like (not the Community folder) Open the PDMG Operations Center and navigate along the top menu to ' Aircraft and Liveries / Livery utilities' Select 'Install from PTP file' bottom left and navigate to where you extracted the downloaded file
