C-9 skytrain livery for the Maddog *Version 2*

*Version 2* This livery is now compatible with the load manager. Just place the .zip in the liveries folder, and install it through the app. I also changed the aircraft description, and included a custom wallpaper for the EFB. Open the .zip and place the 605.png file into the community folder. Once you install this livery through the load manager, the wallpaper should display. Enjoy!
