Carenado Seneca Weathar RADAR bugfix

The glorious Carenado weather radar had one little visual bug on the range indicator when going to max radar scan range. I fixed this to enjoy glorious thunderstorm and rain flights with a flawless weather radar in one of the most beautyful and comfortable twin props!
