Chesapeake Bay Water Fix

This mod eliminates the thick lines that appear in the water where many rivers and other inlets meet the Chesapeake Bay. It adds approximately 100 water polygons to bridge the gap between bodies of water. Proud to be doing my part to protect the Chesapeake Bay!
