F/A-18E ICAO Type Designator and ATC Model Name Fix

This is a simple addon that changes the ICAO type designator for the default F/A-18E from "FA18E" to the correct "F18S", and also enables the use of the pre-existing string in the localization files, allowing the text-to-speech ATC/Pilots to refer to the plane as a "Boeing F-18" .
