OPST — ground layout for BeyondATC

This add-on replaces the default Sialkot International Airport ground layout with an updated version based on Pakistan AIP data, charts, and satellite imagery. It enables realistic taxiway routing and stand assignments for BeyondATC and similar ATC or AI traffic add-ons. No changes are made to airport buildings or navigation data, and jetways are included at stands 2 and 3. The package is compatible with the default MSFS 2024 airport and includes various runway and apron details for improved ground operations.
