RJTY – Yokota AB Runway Photogrammetry Fix

This mod addresses large bumps on the Yokota Air Base runway introduced by World Update 20 photogrammetry in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It reduces the severity of the uneven surfaces, though some minor bumps may remain. Aircraft may still experience minor shaking, but major disruptions and aircraft launching have been lessened. The fix is basic and was created using the MSFS SDK.
