Thurnau Radio Tower

This add-on restores the historic Thurnau Radio Tower in Microsoft Flight Simulator, located approximately 8 nautical miles northwest of Bayreuth in northern Bavaria. The tower, originally 240 meters tall and built in 1980, was used for broadcasting on 549 kHz before its decommissioning in 2015 and demolition in 2018. The model is presented as a point of interest for easy locating within the simulator. It serves as a regional landmark that can be visually explored during flights.
