Microsoft Cessna Corvalis TTX Turbo fix.

This add-on corrects the turbocharger behavior for the Microsoft Cessna Corvalis TTX, allowing the turbo to maintain boost up to 20,000 feet as in the real aircraft. The engine heat response at altitude has been adjusted to reflect realistic performance. Installation is done by placing the provided file in your Community folder. This update ensures the aircraft models proper turbocharged flight characteristics.
